Council lookup not working?

Council websites and data services can change. Include the council name, suburb, and the error message you saw.

Reminder problem?

Check iOS notification permission first, then send the property name, reminder time and iOS version.

Manual schedule help?

Tell us which bins should appear and the normal weekday or fortnightly pattern.
