Make sure iCloud is enabled for the same Apple ID on each device. Large recipe collections and original files can take time to appear on a new device.
AI cleanup, recipe generation, and scaling require an internet connection. If the service is busy, try again shortly. If you see an error such as "OpenAI returned 426", update Recipe Keepsake from the App Store and try again.
Recipe Keepsake can store the original scan, PDF, or image alongside the recipe card. Keep enough iCloud/device storage available for larger files.
If Pro does not unlock after purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the Apple ID used to buy it.
