Common help topics

• If the weather looks wrong, include the location shown in the app.
• If an alert did not arrive, check notification permissions for Dry My Washing in iOS Settings.
• If lifetime access is not available after purchase, use Restore Purchase in the app.

How the 14-day trial works

• New customers start the trial from the welcome screen before receiving their first forecast.
• The trial provides full access to every forecast and feature for 14 days.
• Starting the trial does not make a purchase and does not show an App Store payment sheet.
• There is no subscription, no automatic charge, and no advertising.
• The trial cannot be restarted by reinstalling the app or changing the device clock.

What happens when the trial ends

After 14 days, the app stops providing weather forecasts and washing decisions until lifetime access is purchased or restored. Widgets stop showing fresh forecast information, active washing tracking ends, and future rain rescue or bring-in notifications are suppressed.

The expired screen still provides options to buy lifetime access, restore a purchase, contact support, and read the privacy policy.

Lifetime purchase and Restore Purchase

• Lifetime access is a one-time App Store purchase, not a subscription.
• The app displays the current localized App Store price before purchase.
• Use Restore Purchase after reinstalling the app or moving to another device.
• Restore using the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
• If Apple reports a purchase as pending, access begins only after the transaction is approved.
• If a lifetime purchase is refunded or revoked, lifetime access ends.

Existing customers

Customers who bought lifetime access remain permanently unlocked. Eligible customers who first acquired Dry My Washing before the trial model was introduced keep the free forecast access they already had; that legacy access does not automatically include the additional lifetime features.
